LAS VEGAS — Four Iridium Sports Agency clients scored big victories at UFC Las Vegas on Saturday in Las Vegas.
Mario Bautista earned his fourth straight/sixth overall UFC win with a first-round submission over Guido Cannetti in their bantamweight bout. Saturday’s rear-naked choke finish was the sixth submission of Mario’s career, upping his record to 12-2.
Josh “The Big Yinz” Fremd took home his first UFC victory with a second-round submission over Sedriques Dumas in middleweight action. With the guillotine choke – the fourth submission of his career – Josh improved to 10-4.
“Dangerous” Davey Grant scored his fifth $50,000 Performance Bonus and seventh career submission with a third-round inverted triangle choke over Raphael Assunção in their bantamweight matchup. Davey’s three-check effort improved his overall record to 13-6.
Jonathan “Dragon” Martinez won his fifth straight/ninth overall UFC bout with a unanimous decision over Said Nurmagomedov, the No. 14-ranked bantamweight in the UFC. Jonathan is now 18-4 with seven wins in his last eight appearances in the Octagon.
