Team Iridium's Bilder, Bukauskas win big at UFC 284

LAS VEGAS — Iridium Sports Agency clients Blake "El Animal" Bilder and Modestas “The Baltic Gladiator” Bukauskas earned impressive victories at UFC 284 on Saturday in Perth, Australia.

Making his highly anticipated UFC debut, Blake earned a unanimous decision victory over Shane Young in the featherweight division. With the win, the former Cage Fury FC champ and Contender Series alum upped his record to 8-0-1 (four submissions and one knockout).

Modestas made his highly anticipated return to the UFC’s Octagon with a unanimous decision over Tyson Pedro in their light-heavyweight matchup. Modestas’ long-awaited second UFC victory comes 18 months after he suffered a brutal knee injury and earned back-to-back wins for Cage Warriors. He’s now 14-5 with three straight victories. His resume includes nine wins by knockout and two by submission.

Modestas “The Baltic Gladiator” Bukauskas returns to the UFC’s light-heavyweight division after winning the Cage Warriors title on New Year’s Eve. He takes on Tyson Pedro. After back-to-back wins, Modestas is 13-5 (nine knockouts, two submissions) on the eve of his return to the Octagon.

“Shameless” Don Shainis is ready to make a statement and earn his first UFC victory against Jack Jenkins in featherweight action. The former Fighting Alliance Championship and Cage Titans champ is 12-4 (eight knockouts, two submissions).

LAS VEGAS — Iridium Sports Agency clients Seung Guk Choi and Rinya “Hybrid” Nakamura compete for UFC contracts in the Road to UFC Finals on Saturday in Las Vegas.

Seung Guk Choi battles Hyun Sung Park in the Flyweight Final. He’s riding high with five straight wins and boasts a record of 6-1 (two knockouts).

Rinya takes on Toshiomi Kazama in the Bantamweight Final. He’s 6-0 and coming off back-to-back, first-round stoppages in the Quarterfinal and Semifinal. His record includes four knockouts and a submission.
