Team Iridium Preview for Week 7 of DWCS

LAS VEGAS — Three Iridium Sports Agency clients compete for UFC contracts on Dana White’s Contender Series on Tuesday in Las Vegas.

Ismael “Marreta” Bonfim hunts for his 12th straight victory against Nariman Abbasov in the lightweight division. Ismael’s 17-3 record includes eight wins by knockout and four by submission.

Gabriel “Marretinha” Bonfim and Trey “The Truth” Waters throw down in the welterweight division. Gabriel is 12-0 after winning the LFA welterweight title in his most recent fight. His 12 victories have all come by stoppage (nine submissions and three KOs). Trey’s 6-0 record consists of three submissions and two KOs.

The boys looks to join fellow Team Iridium clients Jesus Aguilar, Blake Bilder, Darrius Flowers, Billy Goff, Jose Johnson and Jamal Pogues as contract winners on this season of the Contender Series.

Team Iridium Preview for UFC 279

LAS VEGAS — Four Iridium Sports Agency clients are back in action at UFC 279 on Saturday in Las Vegas.

Heili "The Mongolian Knight" Alateng goes for his second straight, and fourth overall, UFC victory against Chad Anheliger in bantamweight action. Heili’s record of 15-8-2 comprises five knockouts and three submissions.

Julian “Juicy J” Erosa takes aim at his third straight UFC win against Hakeem Dawodu in the featherweight division. Julian has won four of his past five bouts in the UFC. His 27-9 record includes 12 submissions and 11 knockouts.

Daniel “D-Rod” Rodriguez hunts for his fourth straight UFC victory against Kevin Holland in a 180-pound catchweight bout. A win will propel Daniel to 7-1 in the UFC and 17-2 overall. Daniel’s resume includes eight knockouts and four submissions.

Darian Weeks is ready to take home his first UFC victory against Yohan Lainesse in their welterweight matchup. Darian is 5-2, with all of his wins coming by stoppage (three knockouts and two submissions).

Team Iridium's Magomedov, Quiñonez score 1st-RD TKO wins in their UFC debuts at UFC Paris

LAS VEGAS — Iridium Sports Agency clients Abus Magomedov and Cristian "Problema" Quiñonez both scored first-round TKO victories in their respective UFC debuts on Saturday in Paris.

Abus needed just 19 seconds to defeat Dustin Stoltzfus in their middleweight matchup – good for the fourth fastest debut in the history of the UFC’s middleweight division. With the victory – Abus’ third straight – he improved to 25-4-1, with 14 wins by KO and six by submission. He was awarded a $50,000 Performance of the Night bonus for his efforts.

Cristian took out Khalid Taha just three minutes, 15 seconds into their bantamweight clash. Cristian has now won five straight, upping his record on Saturday to 17-3. He now has nine knockouts and three submissions on his resume.
