LAS VEGAS — Iridium Sports Agency clients Chang Ho Lee and Rei Tsuruya advanced to the final of their respective weight classes in Road To UFC tournament action on Sunday in Singapore.


In a bantamweight semifinal, Chang improved to 2-0 under the Road To UFC banner with a TKO victory over Daermisi Zhawupasi. The 29-year-old South Korean has now won three straight, upping his record to 9-1 (four KOs, two submissions.


In flyweight semifinal action, Rei climbed to 9-0 with a unanimous decision victory over Mark Climaco. The 21-year-old Japan product's resume includes four submissions, three KOs and a title reign with Pancrase.

LAS VEGAS — UFC Singapore on Saturday was an event to remember for Iridium Sports Agency.


In the Main Event “The Korean Zombie” Chan Sung Jung announced his retirement after being defeated by Max Holloway, the No. 1 contender in the UFC featherweight division.


Chan, who entered fight night as the No. 8 contender in the UFC featherweight division, will be remembered as one of its most beloved figures.


Chan’s impeccable resume includes a pair of UFC World Featherweight Championship bouts and eight UFC victories. The nine-time Performance Bonus winner will be remembered for his unrelenting fighting style and affable personality.


Earlier on Saturday’s card, bantamweight Garrett Armfield and welterweight Billy Goff earned the first victories of their UFC careers with first-round TKO victories over Toshiomi Kazama and Yusaku Kinoshita, respectively.


Garrett, a former Fighting Alliance Championship title holder, improved his record to 9-3 record (six knockouts, two submissions). Billy, a former champ with CES MMA and Cage Titans, is now 9-2 with seven wins by KO.

LAS VEGAS — Six Iridium Sports Agency clients are ready to take a big step closer to securing UFC contracts in Road to UFC tournament action on Saturday at Singapore Indoor Stadium in Singapore.


Seung Guk Choi takes on Jiniushiyue in a flyweight semifinal tournament bout. The 26-year-old South Korean is 7-2 overall, and 4-1 under the Road to UFC banner. He has one KO and one submission on his resume.


In the other flyweight semifinal, Rei Tsuruya looks to improve to 8-0 against Mark Climaco. The 21-year-old Japan product is coming off a submission victory in his Road to UFC debut. The former Pancrase champ's resume includes four submissions and three KOs.


Chang Ho Lee looks to climb to 2-0 with a second, first-round finish under the Road to UFC banner as he takes on Daermisi Zhawupasi in a bantamweight semifinal. After back-to-back wins, the 29-year-old South Korean’s record is 8-1 (three KOs, two submissions).


In the other bantamweight semifinal, 28-year-old Japan product Shuya “Stealth” Kamikubo eyes his 11th straight win at the expense of Long Xiao. He improved to 13-1-1 after his successful Road to UFC debut in May. His resume is comprised of three wins by KO and three wins by submission.


Top South Korea prospect Jae Hyun Park makes his Road to UFC debut against Quillan Salkilld in lightweight action. He is 6-1 (three KOs, one submission). The former Angel's Fighting Championship champ brings a six-fight winning streak into his debut.


Japan's Kouya "Bushido" Kanda hunts for a fifth straight win against Kaiwen Li in their featherweight semifinal showdown. The former DEEP champ's record of 12-4 includes six KOs.
