Iridium Sports Agency (ISA) was formed by Jason House upon completing Law School with the desire to be THE agency that takes care of an athlete’s long-term occupational goals. ISA’s pioneering Sports Agency ethic has been a lofty goal, but through high ethical standards and hard work it’s a standard that is met every day. Iridium Sports Agency LLC, is the leading Sports Agency for athletes who seek long-term careers in their respective sports.  

Iridium Sports Agency understands the plight of today’s professional athlete and the tremendous sacrifices each athlete has to make in order to reach his goals.  Instead of merely representing an athlete only when he is at his peak, ISA strives to develop long-term relationships with athletes AND the community so that when the athlete retires from professional competition, there will be future opportunities for the athlete to continue employment.  One such work in progress is the organizing of recurring seminars/ clinics within the community where the athlete will be employed to educate participants using his or her expertise in the field.

  Jason graduated from the University of La Verne with a major in Criminology and a minor in Political Science. At La Verne, Jason played baseball for four years, winning back to back conference titles. After graduating law school, Jason decided to put his law degree to work as a sports agent by forming Iridium Sports Agency.
  As founder and CEO, Jason is both the creative force that propels this agency to prominence as well as the face of the company.  He can often be found hard at work dealing directly with fighters and sponsoring companies guaranteeing that everyone involved is successful and comes out a winner.  Jason works non-stop around the clock scouting talent, negotiating contracts, obtaining endorsements, and scheduling appearances for his clients. 
  Jason's determined spirit has brought him to the pinnacle of athletic competition in the NCAA and now drives him to the top of the sports agency world.  Supported by his philosophical and faith based convictions, Jason measures the success of Iridium Sports Agency not only by securing the best opportunities for clients, but also by doing so with integrity.  These philosophies of excellence and honesty are the cornerstones upon which Jason leads Iridium Sports Agency.
  Well known for being a tireless worker, when Jason is not working for his fighters he is working on improving himself and his community.  He regularly volunteers his time to the community by helping foster families adjust and sharing his athletic skills and knowledge with the kids.  Jason continues to immerse himself in the athletic community by training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with Team Oyama in Irvine, California under Giva "The Arm Collector" Santana.

• Ian Whittaker

  Ian graduated from Vanderbilt University with a major in Criminology and Neuroscience.  Throughout his tenure, he competed athletically year round.  During the fall and spring Ian rowed on a crew team and was a regular entrant at the internationally prestigious Head of the Charles Regatta.  The winter months were largely occupied by his participation on the wrestling team, serving as either a coach or president to the Vanderbilt Wrestling Club.  As a wrestler, Ian has qualified twice for the National Collegiate Wrestling Championships. 
  As an associate, Ian is known for being a critical component who works diligently behind the scenes to make certain that everything runs smoothly.  Representing athletes at all levels and in a variety of capacities requires more than simple and standard solutions rather, Ian recognizes the imperative of accommodating each client in a way that is unique and optimally beneficial.  His ability to manufacture win-win situations is matched only by his attention to detail which keeps Iridium Sports Agency running smoothly on top of other representation companies.
  Ian's competitive philosophy and high ethical standards, deeply ingrained in his everyday and professional life, combined with his creative and trend setting ideas guarantee that Iridium Sports Agency will remain the leader in production and innovation of the best opportunities for Iridium clients.
  Since 2001, Ian has trained in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu beginning under the late Franco De Camargo, a black belt under Carlson Gracie, and in recent years, Ian has picked up training in Muay Thai with Team Oyama while continuing in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Giva "The Arm Collector".
